Sometimes I let my daughter jump on a trampoline when we go to play centre and she really loves it. She is not high jumping - it's more like a balancing walk . We have bought a big trampoline and now I am not sure whether to put it in the garden or not as I am not sure about the safety.
The trampoline comes with the safety net and ladder but what I am more worried about is the effect on the neck and spine. Do you let your children jump on a trampoline?

I do let my child jump on our springless trampoline.  With close supervision I think the benefit of the exercise/balance is worth the small risk of injury.

I totally agree with khatty. A healthy child is always a happy one  smile

You should research before buying to be able to choose a mini trampoline for kids. In addition to having a protective net around, you can choose the type of trampoline with the right material, good quality springs. In addition, it is also necessary for children to practice familiarization before using
